Content Updates are the changing or editing of existing text and/or media on your website. This can be anything from paragraphs to images, titles, contact details, and more.
The best way to ask for a content update is with the Content Update Request Form. All my clients have access to this form and the link can be found in your Onboarding Package. If you cannot find it, you can always email support directly. Most requests are seen within 24 hours and completed promptly.
You will receive an email notice once the request is opened, if any clarification is needed, and then one final notice once the request was completed.

You have the freedom to choose. During our project onboarding, we do our best to capture all the information we will need in order to write your site's text in a way that reflects your brand and helps SEO. Understandably, some business owners may want to write the copy themselves and if that is the case we can easily set that up!
We strongly encourage the use of your original photos and images. There are circumstances in which original images cannot be supplied and we suggest to use stock images or allow our team to create you some but put add an emphasis on replacing them with your own over time.
