A Dedicated IP is an IP address assigned to one website, providing better security, email deliverability, and performance. The biggest drawback is that dedicated IP hosting can be costly and/or complicated.

Simply put, my Exclusive IP is a Dedicated IP that only a small, trusted group of people use. Unlike a shared-hosting plan where there can be anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand websites on a single IP.
I understand that some businesses may already have an existing site hosted on another platform. As I do try to accommodate them by offering updates or migrations, I do not offer support, maintenance, or managed hosting for these sites. In my experience, a basic website will take about a month. This can vary depending on complexity, additional revisions, and/or scheduling. It's always best to book a discovery call where I can better understand your needs and give you a much clearer estimate.

Yes, we'll keep your domain in your registrar, under your account. The only thing that changes is the name servers.
Content Updates are the changing or editing of existing text and/or media on your website. This can be anything from paragraphs to images, titles, contact details, and more.
The best way to ask for a content update is with the Content Update Request Form. All my clients have access to this form and the link can be found in your Onboarding Package. If you cannot find it, you can always email me directly! Most requests are seen within 24 hours and completed promptly.
You will receive an email notice once the request is opened, if any clarification is needed, and then one final notice once the request was completed.
With your website package, you get direct support from me. This means no more talking to robots or chatbots. I'll assist you with any website or email issues you encounter.
You have the freedom to choose. During our project onboarding, I do my best to capture all the information I will need in order to write your site's text in a way that reflects your brand and helps SEO. I understand some business owners like to write the copy themselves and if that is the case we can easily set that up!
I strongly encourage the use of your original photos and images. There are certain circumstances in which original images cannot be supplied and I understand that. If that is the case I would opt. to use stock images but put an emphasis on replacing them with your own over time.
